These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the HP Smart Printer & Scanner mobile application ("the App") published by Mobile Alchemy Ltd. ("we", "us", "our"). By downloading, installing or using the App, you agree to these Terms.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your personal, non-commercial use on Apple devices that you own or control, in accordance with the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.
The App offers in-app purchases for Premium subscriptions and a one-time Lifetime purchase, including:
Prices are displayed in your local currency at the time of purchase, set by Apple App Store pricing tiers and may vary by region.
Auto-renewal. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel subscriptions any time via Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions on your device.
Free trial. If a free trial is offered, you will not be charged during the trial. The subscription will begin at the end of the trial unless you cancel at least 24 hours before it ends.
Refunds. Refunds are handled by Apple. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com to request one.

The App integrates with third-party services such as Apple's printing system, iCloud Drive, Google Drive, Dropbox, and a fax provider. Your use of those services is subject to their own terms. We are not responsible for the availability or behavior of third-party services.
Any content you process through the App (photos, documents, scans, faxes) remains your property. We do not claim any rights to your content. The App processes your content locally and only transmits it to your selected printer or chosen fax recipient.
The App is independently developed by Mobile Alchemy Ltd. and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Apple Inc., HP Inc., Canon, Epson, Brother or any other printer manufacturer. Brand names referenced in the App are trademarks of their respective owners and used solely for compatibility identification purposes.
The App is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every printer model. Print results depend on your printer hardware, supplies and connection quality.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mobile Alchemy Ltd. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to loss of data, ink, paper or printer wear.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it. Subscription cancellations are handled via Apple.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the latest version.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Mobile Alchemy Ltd. is registered, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
